this is the commit in question, getting to this took 3 hours of debugging decompiled stdlib code because the model validator was misbehaving

Aight, fixed a bug that caused messages that shouldn’t be quotes to become quotes. As I was saying:

I implemented quote and renote support today, among many other things. With that, I’d consider the “core” features to be complete. I’m sure there’s many bugs left to fix, and a lot of things are still missing, of course. But all the core components are there. The mastodon client API works perfectly. I even got quotes to work with mastodon!

speaking of websockets: I just implemented support for them! currently we only support the "user" stream, but I'll implement the rest later/tomorrow.

turns out the reason it wasn't working was because my crypto helpers were generating random strings that were too secure!
