and I just fixed federation with mastodon (I accidentally broke it a week ago when fixing a thing I’d previously hotfixed without reverting the hotfix)

Improved image processing time by ~2.5x. Still slower than I’d like, but 1.5 seconds for a 6000x6000 image is more tolerable than 6 seconds
